A sound moving plan is the key to making things run as smoothly as possible on moving day. We will conduct planning meetings with your key internal stakeholders to go over everything that will happen on moving day. In this meeting we will provide color coded labels that your staff can use to pack up sensitive or personal items. The labels also confirm where items and furniture will be going in the new location. All this preparation and planning means zero confusion on moving day with no last-minute surprises.
Protecting your equipment and facilities
We treat all of your furniture, equipment and other items as though they were our own. We use foam padding, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, speed packs and specially designed moving carts, dollies and ramps to make sure everything arrives at the new location without a mark. The same attention to detail goes into protecting both the old and new building. That means no scratches on the walls or floors!
