Construction Services
MEK is a full service construction company. MEK holds a General B, C 64/ D-61/ D-34 as is able to perform work on most commercial construction projects as either a prime contractor or a subcontractor. MEK is versed with both standard wages and prevailing wage requirements. MEK is often working with governments and municipalities on Prevailing wage jobs.
Construction Final Cleaning
MEK is expert in all aspects and techniques of final cleaning which includes any project from a small Tenant Improvement to a ground up build. MEK performs rough cleaning, final cleaning, and puff cleaning services. Our workforce is able to tackle jobs to make our customers look good when they are turning over any project to the owner. It is the final ribbon on the bow.
Moving Services
MEK performs Moving Services as a full service moving company. MEK’s offerings include planning and executions of all aspects and any commercial move, cubicle installation, high walls, move consulting, moving estimates, furniture fixtures and installation, large items moves, high asset moving, and many other commercial moving functions. Labor Services
Every construction site needs a dedicated laborer or laborers to ensure that the job site is kept clean, tidy and organized. MEK will ensure this person is safety trained and ready to assist when needed on any job site. We provide highly skilled and dedicated laborers and if the one you need isn’t currently on staff, we find the right person or people to meet our customers needs and allow them to worry about other things.
General Constructions Safety & Security Services
MEK can also provide a dedicated team to work on job sites to reduce liability, promote good-will, and assist the many users and customers that need to interact with a job site. We provide courteous, responsible, trained and dedicated personnel like crossing guards, security guards, or direction assistance personnel on any job. Our people are trained to become a part of the construction team and to ensure stakeholders on any jobsite are sate, treated with respect and professionalism. Our onsite Security team is responsible for making sure all assets that are left on site ( including human capital) are well protected. This includes protecting customers from liability, theft, breakage and vandalism. MEK provides a non-weaponized team that is very versed in taking the appropriate actions to ensure respect to each person with whom they interact. When MEK feels the situation cannot be handled in a safe way, they are instructed to call a safety officer for assistance.
